We recently purchased a holiday home in San Pedro, I was looking for someone who could hold the keys, manage some cleaning and keep an eye on the place when we weren’t around. I was fortunate to be introduced to Marije and Manuel and I am so grateful for the introduction.

Even before our first meeting Marije had organised for a plumber to fix our boiler and a broken toilet the same day. Our new place was in need of some work, Marije has managed everything for us, arranged for builders, plumbers, electrician, new shutters, new locks, cleaning, anything we need she is taking care of it with speed, efficiency, professionalism and great attention to detail. It is so important to find someone we trust to take care of our place when we are not there and I am so glad that we found Marije and Manuel.

And on to Manuel, we wanted the whole apartment including the balcony completely painted, there was a lot of prep work needed, many holes to be filled and repairs to be made, flaking paint on the balcony etc … the work he did was outstanding. It is like walking into a new apartment. We still have some works to complete and I am reassured to know that Marije will be there as my eyes and ears to make sure everything is perfect.

The service of Marije and Manuel is very excellent. They are very trustworthy and I strongly recommend them.
