A key holding service refers to the company that property owners choose to leave their keys with when they are away from the property or when they let the property out to tourists.
For home owners, this is useful as your property manager can get access if there’s a problem and you are away. For lettings, it is essential as the property manager can carry out in-person check in, cleaning and laundry, and maintenance on your behalf.

Marije is our property management expert. She will provide you with on-going communication and updates before and during each booking, taking responsibility for reservations, key holding, guest services, cleaning and laundry services, plus any paperwork and local law requirements.
Manuel is our home security and maintenance expert. As a certified security manager in the Netherlands, Manuel will take care of any emergency or safety issue you have at your home. He is 24/7 available to follow up on any emergency calls and he does regular checks of the property, locks, and camera system. He is also your go-to handyman for utilities, appliances, and landscaping.
